Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received, our team follows a thorough process:
- Item Verification: We inspect and verify the returned items to ensure they meet the un-used and un-washed condition requirement. This verification process typically takes 3-4 business days once we receive your return.
- Refund Initiation: Once verified, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- Bank Processing: After we initiate the refund, it usually takes your bank or credit card company an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
In total, the entire refund process usually takes between 1-3 weeks once the items are received back at our facility.

Shipping Fees for Full Order Returns
- If you choose to return all items from a single order, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We cover the cost of the return shipping label (UPS) for your convenience.
- The refund will cover the cost of the returned merchandise only.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products, items marked as Final Sale, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
