Why is 100% polyester the sublimation substrate?

Sublimation dyes bond directly into polyester fibres under heat, producing a print with zero hand that will not crack, peel, or fade. Printing polyester without dye migration

DTF transfers bond cleanly to polyester with correct heat and pressure, making DTF the practical all-round method. Screen printing needs low-bleed or low-cure inks formulated for poly.
