CVC Blends: The Middle Ground Between Cotton and Tri-Blend
Choosing a CVC Blend Blank
What CVC Actually Is
CVC (Chief Value Cotton) is a cotton-heavy cotton/poly blend. The polyester adds a softer hand and heathered color while improving dimensional stability, so the shirt holds shape across reorders better than pure cotton.
Prints Close to Cotton
Because CVC is cotton-dominant, it prints closer to cotton than to polyester, so dye migration is much easier to manage than 100% poly. It takes DTG and DTF cleanly and holds screen ink well with the right cure.
CVC vs Tri-Blend
CVC is more opaque and easier to print, holding a crisp graphic without an underbase, and is more dimensionally stable. Tri-blend is softer and more draped but needs an underbase. Choose CVC for durable, low-fuss retail blanks.
Case Packs and Sizing
CVC styles price by the case in adult and youth sizing, including CVC performance polos. Case counts vary by brand and style, so check the case break on each product page.

Case Pricing, No Minimums
Case pricing applies on every order with no volume minimum, so small retail runs and large program orders share the same per-unit structure.
Soft Hand, Stable Shape
The cotton-heavy blend feels softer than pure cotton and holds shape better across reorders, ideal for repeat program and retail work.
DTG and DTF Ready
CVC prints close to cotton, so DTG and DTF go on cleanly with manageable dye migration. Blend ratios are listed on each product page.
Heathered Color Range
The polyester content gives rich heathered colors retail brands favor, without the printing demands of full tri-blend.
